At Cactye Creative, we take pride in crafting items specifically for you. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer errors. This includes:

Ordering the incorrect size or design.

Providing incorrect custom text or spelling.

We want your order to be perfect. If you believe there has been an error on our part:

We will verify the produced item against your original invoice.

If we are at fault, we will ship a replacement to you immediately at no cost.

If the error was on your end, we may offer a discounted replacement option as a courtesy—we want you to love your Cactye Creative gear!
📢 How to Report an Issue

Timeframe: Any defects or errors must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

RMA Requirement: If a return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA will be refused.

Return Shipping: You may be required to return the original item at your expense before a replacement is issued.
🛡️ Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we strive for timely delivery, Cactye Creative is not responsible for carrier delays or lost items.
