At Cactye Creative, we take pride in crafting and shipping each order with care. Below you’ll find our policies regarding delivery, returns, and exchanges.

📦 Delivery Policy

All items are shipped with tracking numbers. Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled on our end.

  • Attempted Delivery: If a package is marked “attempted delivery,” it is treated as delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or pickup.

  • Unclaimed Returns: If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we can reship it at your expense, or issue a refund (minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee) once the item is physically back in our studio.

  • Lost Packages: A package is not officially considered lost until:

    • 30 business days after the ship date for U.S. orders.

    • 45 business days for international orders.

🔄 Exchanges & Replacements

We are happy to replace any item that arrives damaged or contains an error caused by us (such as a misspelling or the wrong item shipped). If an item is lost in transit and not shown as delivered by the carrier, we will ship a replacement.

✍️ Custom Work Return Policy

Since most of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong size/design or providing incorrect custom text).

  • Verification: If you believe we made a mistake, we will verify the order against your invoice. If we are at fault, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Buyer Errors: If the error was on your end, we may offer a discounted replacement option as a courtesy.

  • Timeframe: All defects or errors must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • RMA Requirement: If a return is approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
